Cal Pac Sheet Metal is a leading sheet metal contractor in Orange County, CA whose clients include California Pacific Homes, Lennar Homes, K & B Homes, and John Lang Homes, among others.

The project goal was to create a mark that could stand alone as well as with the company name; to signify Cal Pac. This was accomplished by utilizing the letters "C" and "P" as the primary focus. The resulting mark has several layers of meaning attached including the "C" and "P" created with the look of molded metal, their controlled and smooth flow into the snips, and the more abstract image of a metal worker whose head sits atop the "C". The font flavor is very modern and yet again reinforces the worker’s control over the metal with its firmly cut lines combined with angled edges.
